Tourist/ visit visa
- A valid passport (at least 6 months )
- An Identification Document of a Sudanese sponsor with current address and phone number.
- If no sponsor is available, provide the following:
- A confirmation letter from a Hotel in Sudan with reservation details.
- A letter from a travel agency in Sudan or Belgium outlining the details of applicant’s trip.
- Applicants holding non-Belgium passports must submit a copy of a valid residence permit in Belgium.
- Filled and signed visa application form
- One (1) passport-sized photo is attached with the application form.
- The process will take 3 working days.
- The payment

All applicants will be informed once the approval is received.
For Sudanese nationals holding foreign passports
- Valid passport ( at least 6 months)
- Copy of the Sudanese National Number.
- One (1) passport-sized photo attached with the application form.
- Applicants below the age of 18 require written consent and a copy of ID from the father/ Guardian allowing them to obtain an entry visa,
- Filled out and signed the visa application Form.

Business/Work/Humanitarian Work visa
- Valid passport ( for at least 6 months)
- A letter from the sponsoring company indicating the type of work the applicant will be carrying out, the duration of stay, statement of financial responsibility, and references in Sudan.
- Applicants looking to perform humanitarian work in Sudan must present the corresponding valid certificate from the Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC) in Sudan.
- Filled-out and signed the visa application Form.
- One (1) passport sized photo attached with the application form.
- The payment

Diplomatic/Official visa
- A copy of the applicant’s passport data page, passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
- A Note Verbale from the respective ministry of foreign affairs/ EU
- Applicants holding non-Belgium diplomatic/official passports must submit a copy of a valid residence permit in Belgium and a Note Verbal from the respective Embassies/ organisations.
- The Embassy will require the applicant to submit his passport only after receiving the approval letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Sudan
- The applicant will be informed once the approval is received.
- One (1) passport sized photo attached with the application form.
