EMERGENCY TRAVEL DOCUMENT:
It is a temporary travel documents valid for one trip issued in the following cases: LOST /DAMAGED / EXPIRED PASSPORT
Requirements:
- The applicant must appear in person.
- Copy of lost Passport/
- Original Passport in case of damaged and expired.
- Original Police Report (when it is lost)
- Two Passport Sized photo.
- Confirmed return ticket.
- The payment.
Requirements:
- Original or Copy of parents’ passports.
- Original or Copy of parents’ Marriage Certificate.
- Endorsed Original Belgium Birth Certificate.
- Two Passport’ size photo.
- The payment.
Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) / Certificate of Good Conduct:
- Original Passport.
- Copy of Previous Sudanese Residence visa (for non-Sudanese).
- Two Passport Sized photo with Blue Background.
- Payment.
Civil affairs - Authentication
- Birth certificate.
- Marriage certificate.
- Death certificate.
- Divorce certificate.
- Certified true copies of national ID.
- Certified true copy of the Sudanese passport.
- To whom it may concern letters.
- (It may worth mentioning that all certificates issued in the Sudan must be legalized by Sudan Ministry of foreign affairs and vice versa for the documents issued in Belgium
POWER OF ATTORNEY
- The principal of the (Power) must appear in person حضور الشخص الموكل
- Proof of the National Identity (copy of passport, national ID) of both Principal and Agent.
Commercial certificate( Legalisation)
- Original Certificate legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, foreign trade and development cooperation of Belgium
- The payment.
